What happens when I need to claim?
We are there to help you. If the worst happens and you find yourself needing to claim from your policy we can provide assistance with the claims process. Many Insurers now require you to report claims to them directly, we are here to help with this and won't leave you on your own to sort things out.
Can I talk to a real person?
Yes, you can meet face to face with us. We provide a personal service to you both when arranging your cover and on an ongoing basis. For our Commercial Clients this is often at their premises for their convenience.
